Krause, Linda S. (24 JUL 1954 - 25 JAN 2017)

Linda S. Krause, age 62, of Abbotsford, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Ministry Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford. Pastor Teri Hanson will officiate. Interment to follow at Pine Hill Cemetery, Town of Mayville.

Family and friends are welcome from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Sunday at the funeral home.

Linda was born on July 24, 1954, the daughter of Calvin and Louise (Dellis) Krause, Sr. in Stanley. She graduated from Abbotsford High School in 1972. Attended college in Medford and graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in Business. Linda worked at Prange's and then for Sears for 35 years, 25 of those years she lived in Chicago. She retired in July of 2016 and moved back to Abbotsford.

Linda liked reading, gardening, going to fairs and traveling.

Linda is survived by her mother, Louise Krause of Abbotsford; seven siblings: Calvin Krause (Lesly) of Daytona Beach, FL, Darryl Krause of Dorchester, Elaine Krause of Curtiss, Bryan (Ann) Krause of Medford, Coleen Krause of Abbotsford, Brad Krause of Abbotsford and Les Krause of Abbotsford. She is further survived by four nephews: Aaron, Adam, Eric and Jason Olson; seven great-nieces and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Krause, Sr.
