Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Miller attended a house waring party for Mr. and Mrs. Frank Staniec, and also a graduation party for their daughter, Dianne, at Eau Claire on Sunday.

Lions Club members who attended the Abbotsford Charter night banquet at Abbotsford were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Vater, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Burhop, Dr. and Mrs. A.A. Jarvis, and Mr. and Mrs. John Jalling.

Mr. and Mrs. Karl Jensen and Mrs. Theodore Jensen spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Keinholz and family in Eau Claire.

Mr. and Mrs. Christ Christophersen enjoyed a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Brixley of Wenatchee, Washington, a few days last week. Mr. and Mrs. Brixley are the parents of Mrs. Scott Christophersen.

Mr. and Mrs. Chris Christophersen and their guests, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Brixley visited the Christophersen's son-in-law, and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Arleigh Granzow and family, in Minneapolis on Sunday.

Miss Bernice Cordes and friend of Milwaukee visited Mrs. Alva Mertens on Saturday.

Mrs. Ellen Miller left Monday for Minocqua, where she will be employed at Pine Knob Inn for the summer months.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rohland and family attended the graduation of their daughter, Marcia, from Concordia College, St. Paul, Minnesota on Saturday. Others attending from this area were Miss Lucia Sylva, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Rohland and Sandra, Curtiss; and Mr. and Mrs. George Fijalkiewicz and sons John and Jerry of Greenwood.
