Molitor, Mark (14 SEP 1939 - 5 JUL 2017)

Mark Molitor, age 77, of Dorchester, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his home under the tender care of Hope Hospice.

A Funeral will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Dorchester. Father Tim Oudenhoven will officiate.

Family and friends are welcome from 10:30 until time of service on Saturday. A private burial will be held at a later date.

Mark is the son of Anton and Kunda (Schupp) Molitor, born on September 14, 1939 in Medford, WI. He was united to Sharon Marcott on November 22, 1958 at Holy Rosary in Medford, WI.

Mark worked very hard all of his life, taking a day off was never something he did often. Mark owned his own milk hauling business, "Mark Molitor Milk Hauling." When he wasn't hauling milk; he enjoyed watching Nascar, woodworking, playing basketball, and mowing lawn. Mark had a special place in his heart for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mark was also very devoted to his faith and attended church regularly. He will greatly be missed by many.

Mark is survived by his wife of 58 years, Sharon; six children: Kathleen (Rick) Grant, Mark (Lisa) Molitor, Jeffrey (Ann) Molitor, Kevin (Lisa) Molitor, Dawn (Todd) Schmidt and Kenneth (Roni) Molitor; 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. He is further survived by a sister, Elaine Dowden, a brother: Anton Molitor, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson: Ryan Molitor; a sister: Katherine Kraemer, and two brothers: James and Raymond Molitor.
