Minett, Sharon K. (Graffunder) (2 MAY 1958 - 5 JUL 2017)
Sharon K. Minett, 58 of Tomah, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at her 
home. 
She was born on December 19, 1958, to Eugene and Ruth (Carlson) Graffunder in 
Abbotsford. Sharon was a member of the Abbotsford High School, graduating in 
1977. She attended Western Wisconsin Technical College and graduated with an 
associate degree in computer sciences. Sharon had a passion for teaching and for 
several years was a teacher for the YMA School, Tarr Valley School and well as 
WWTC. She currently was working as a textile artist. 
In her spare time, Sharon enjoyed weaving, knitting, and card making. Sharon’s 
most memorable moments were the times shared at home with her family. She was a 
faithful and devoted member of the Tomah Seventh Day Adventist Church, assisting 
in many of the church activities, including the organizing and running of their 
Thursday night soup kitchen. Sharon will be remembered for her kind and giving 
heart. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. 
She is survived by her children, Christopher (Heidi Stolpe) Lindberg of Duluth, 
MN; Melissa Carroll of Tomah, Joshua (Jacqueline Jacobson) Lindberg of La 
Crosse, Mitchell Minett of Tomah; her grandchildren, Bella Rose, Cora Analu, 
Wyatt Andrew Leo and Cole Dennis Liam; a daughter in law, Kim (Shriver) Graff of 
Milton; her father and mother, Eugene and Ruth of Abbotsford; her siblings, 
Terry Graffunder of Medford, Jody (Bobbi) Graffunder of Eau Claire and Gene 
(Kim) Graffunder of Sparta; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many dear 
friends. 
She was preceded in death by her son Andrew. 
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 10, 2017 3:00 P.M. at the Tomah 
Seventh Day Adventist Church. Pastor Michael Ehm presided. 
Relatives and friends are invited for a time of visitation on Monday at the 
church from 2:00 P.M. until the time of the service. A Graveside Committal 
service will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 3:00 P.M. at the Dorchester 
Cemetery, Dorchester, WI.
The Sonnenberg Family Funeral Home, Tomah, assisted the family with 
arrangements.
