Beels, Linda M. (Rogers) (1948? - 26 DEC 2017)

Linda M. Beels, 69, of Spencer, passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Marshfield Medical Center.

Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Life Tributes Funeral Home in Spencer. Rev. Samuel Martin will officiate. Burial will follow in West Spencer Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home and again on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.

The honor of pallbearer belongs to Eric Beels, Brian Beels, Michael Beels, Kaydyn Graham, Benjamin Beels and Emery Beels.

Linda was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on September 13, 1948 the daughter of Othel and Maxine (Potter) Rogers. Linda and her family moved to Wisconsin where she met Kenneth Beels through their mutual love of horses. Kenneth and Linda were united in marriage on November 8, 1969 at St. Stephens Catholic Church in Chili. The couple resided in rural Spencer, dairy farming and raising their two sons.

Her hobbies included her love of horses, feeding the birds, 4-wheeling and most anything that kept her outside where she was most happy. She loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth; her two sons Eric (Lisa) Beels and Brian (Diane) Beels both of Spencer; her brother Dennis Rogers of St. Marys, PA and her six grandchildren: Michael, Kaydyn, Ashlyn, Emery, Benjamin and Maddy.

She was preceded in death by her parents Othel and Maxine Rogers.

Her arrangements are under the care of Life Tributes Funeral Home–Spencer.
