Rohland, Marcia Carole (30 MAR 1970)

Miss Marcia Carole Rohland, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Rohland, Route 2, Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Robert Dean Krueger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Krueger of North Branch, Minnesota, on Monday, March 30, 1970, at 4:00 p.m. Rev. Arthur H. Puls performed the ceremony at Christ Lutheran Church in La Mesa, California. Mr. Kenneth Lamb played the organ and the Senior Youth Choir of Christ Lutheran sang.

As the bride approached the altar with her father, she was seen in a white crepe A-line street length dress, with long sleeves of Chantilly lace. She wore a bouffant shoulder length veil attached to a pearl sequined crown. For her bouquet, she chose white sweetheart roses, baby's breath, and yellow tipped carnations.

Serving as her sister's maid of honor was Lois Rohland. Bridesmaid was Miss Carole Mack of Los Angeles, and junior bridemaids were Barbara Rohland, sister of the bride, Withee, and Loyda Reeves, Sand Diego. Each girl wore a yellow A-line street length dress of Dacron batiste with lace trim and matching headpieces. They carried one large Chinese chrysanthemum.

Christopher Morrisey, Sand Diego, served as best man. Alan Feddeisen, Los Angeles, was groomsman. Having the duty of ushering were Richard Carter and Gary Morton, both of San Diego.

Guests were received and refreshments were served in the Parish Hall.

The bride and groom are both graduates of Concordia Lutheran Teachers College in St. Paul, Minnesota. The bride is employed at St. Paul's Lutheran School, San Diego,a nd the groom is in the teaching field of religious education at Christ Lutheran Church, La Mesa.

After a wedding trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, the newlyweds are making their home at 4909 Guava St., La Mesa, California 92041.
