Marcia Gail Meinholdt was born on Aug. 2, 1949, in Marshfield, to Otto O. and Dorothea (nee Nindorf) Meinholdt. She was raised and received her education in the Greenwood area, graduating from Greenwood High School in 1967. After completing her education, Marcia worked in a factory in Milwaukee for a short time, and then moved back to Greenwood and worked at Stewart’s Redville Dairy. She married George L. Gregorich on Jan. 4, 1969, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard. Marcia was a homemaker and stayed home to raise her two children, Michelle and Aaron. In 1987, she went to work at the Greenwood IGA for Norman and Rita Mayenschein. Then in 2000, Marcia went to work for the Greenwood School District as a cook in the lunchroom, retiring in 2015. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Marcia had many interests, but especially loved NASCAR, dates with her grandsons, spending time with family and friends, rodeos, going to the winery, and riding horse when she was younger.

She will be dearly missed by her children: Michelle (Roger) Cook of Greenwood, and Aaron Gregorich of Neillsville; three grandsons: Joshua, Justin and Jarrod Cook; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, George, on June 16, 1997; and two sisters: Donna Olson and Myrna Richmond.
