Trampush, Karen Nancy (15 SEP 1973)

Saturday, September 15, 1973 was the date chosen by Miss Karen Nancy Trampush and Mr. Mark Duane Jansen, to exchange wedding vows. The 2:30 p.m. ceremony was performed by Rev, McKillip of Sacred Heart Chapel, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Organist for the ceremony was Marilyn Mondloch, and soloist was Bob O'Brien.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Trampush, Route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), was seen in a floor length white empire waisted gown, with bouffant veil, trimmed with lace entwined with blue ribbon. She carried a long stemmed white and blue carnation.

Matron of honor for her sister was Mrs. Kathy Mancl, of Marshfield. Bridesmaids were: Mrs. Bob O'Brien, Waupaca, Miss Lee Jansen, Ashland, Mrs. Sue Olson, Beloit, and Miss Cindy Trampush, Loyal.

Their gowns were of A-line styling with attached hood, in blue and white. They each carried a blue and white carnation.

Best man for Mr. Jansen was Mike Hanson, Ashland. Groomsmen were: James Maderick, Ashland, Tom Linson, Ashland, Don Shefchick, Ashland, and Barney Hallman.

A reception, dinner and dance were held at the Black Steer in Eau Claire following the ceremony.

The bride is a Loyal High School graduate, and also graduated from Eau Claire State University this spring.

The groom graduated from Ashland High School and has attended Eau Claire State University. Both are presently employed in Eau Claire. Mr. Jansen is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Duane Jansen, Superior, Wisconsin.
