Kloos, Paul Martin (4 MAR 1999 - 18 MAY 2018)

Paul Martin Kloos, age 19, of Stratford, left us too early, on Friday, May 18, 2018, the result of a farming accident.

His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E. Veterans Parkway) in Marshfield. Burial will follow in (West Spencer Cemetery). Rev. Patti Steevens will preside. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and again on Wednesday from 12 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

The honor of pallbearers belongs to Adam Clark, Chris Draper, Ronnie Drymon, Trey Fischer, Jim Klemme, Chuck Kundinger, Avery Pankau and Brandon Puziewicz. Honorary pallbearers are his siblings, Susan Kloos and Mike Kloos.

Paul was born on March 4, 1999, the son of Jerome “Jerry” Kloos and Denise Kloos. He graduated from Stratford High School in 2017. He worked for Joe Wilke farms, at Wisconsin Homes and most recently for BFS, custom crops. Paul loved to spend time with his fiancé, Britni, and their soon to be born daughter, Anna. He was never one to sit still for long and always had you guessing what his next move was. He liked to bow fish, hunt, ride 4-wheeler, drive tractor and anything that involved being outside and just enjoying life. Paul especially enjoy camping. He liked anything that was a challenge, making maple syrup with his friends, and loved animals, especially “Tootsie.” Paul was considerate and always willing to help anyone. He liked to spend time with his “little brother, Aaron,” showing him how to shoot pellet gun, ride 4-wheeler, shoot bow and get into mischief. He gave the best crushing hugs! He was the life of the party and life will never be the same without him. Most of all, he was extremely proud and looking forward to becoming a father to Anna.

Paul will be forever missed by his fiancé, Britni Hildebrandt of Marshfield; his daughter due May 30, Anna Carolynn Kloos; his father, Jerry Kloos of Stratford; his mother, Denise Kloos of Manistee, Mich.; his siblings, Susan Kloos of Eau Claire and Mike Kloos of Stratford; his “mother and father-in-law,” Lee (Patti) Hildebrandt of Marshfield and their children, Brandi, Britni, Bayli, Brianna and Aaron; his maternal grandparent, Ron McKibben of Stratford; numerous aunts and uncles; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparent, Lois McKibben; and his paternal grandparents, Raymond (Mary) Kloos.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family for a fund to be set up for his daughter, Anna.
