Dutzle, Lydia M. (23 Oct 1903 – 05 Nov 1973)

Mrs. Lydia Mary Dutzle, Owen, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday at the Colonial House of Colby. She was 70 years of age.

Services were today, Thursday, at the Kraut-Maurina Funeral Home in Owen. Officiating were Clarence Arquette and Erling Undal, with burial following in Eidsvold Cemetery at Stanley.

The former Lydia Mary Robinson was born in Thorp October 23, 1903 and was married May 28, 1924 at Jump River to Daniel Dutzle, who survives her.

After their marriage they lived in the Rib Lake and Westboro area until 1936. Then they moved to Stanley, where they continued to reside until going to Owen in 1945.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons, Daniel Jr., Roger, and Lauren Dutzle, all of Mayville, and Emanuel Dutzle, Horicon; five daughters, Mrs. Peter (Rozella) Rizzi, Owen, Mrs. Benjamin (Adeline) Cannon and Mrs. Charles (Betty Lou) Frame, both of Mayville, Cora O’Dell, Horicon, and Mrs. Joseph (Lorna) Torchia, Deansboro, N.Y.; a sister, Mrs. Clifford (Wanda) Beldon, Eau Claire; three brothers, David Calvin, and Orin Robinson, all of Mondovi; 26 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
