Johnson, Henry (12 MAR 1880 – 12 OCT 1973)

Services for Henry Johnson, 93, of Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 15, 1973 at St. Paul's American Lutheran Church here. Mr. Johnson died Friday at the Clark County Hospital in Owen.

The Rev. Roger Tellock, pastor, officiated, and burial was made in the Norwegian Lutheran Cemetery in Curtiss.

Serving as casket bearers were Harry Carson, Carl Jakel, Roy Kobs, Orville Schuette Jacob Johnson, and Clarence Geary.

A farmer in the Curtiss area his entire life, Mr. Johnson was born March 12, 1880 in Sweden. While farming he also worked for the Soo Line Railroad.

Survivors include two cousins, Walter Larson, Wausau, and Ivan Larson, Marshfield.

Preceding him in death were two brothers.

The Kraut-Maurina Funeral Home in Owen was in charge of arrangements.
