Mrs. Henry V. Anderson entertained her bridge club on Thursday, with two tables of bridge. The ladies attended the noon luncheon at the United Church of Christ first, and then spent the afternoon at the Anderson home. Winning high were Mrs. Peter Madsen, second, Mrs. Neal Laine, and third, Mrs. Henry Anderson, the hostess.

On Thursday of last week noon luncheon guests at the J.R. Barager home were Mrs. Charles Wood of Eau Claire, Mrs. Harry Probst of Sand Lake, and Mrs. Harry P. Raymond of Winter Haven, Florida. Mrs. Raymond arrived last Saturday and has spent the week visiting her sister, Mrs. Probst, at her home on Sand Lake.

Mrs. Elmer Baum and son Dale visited from Thursday to Monday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Pyatt. On Saturday they all drove to Phillips to visit the Jim Peterson home.

Donna Lehnen and Mrs. Nick Lehnen of Milwaukee drove to Owen last week and visited at the Ed Lehnen home until Monday of this week.

Over the weekend Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mauel Jr. and Henry Mauel Sr., and Linda, John and Jim Mauel visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Marv Koenig at West End. Mrs. Koenig, who has been quite ill is now doing her own house work at an easy pace.

Mr. and Mrs. Bert Cattanach returned home Sunday from their trip to Denver, Colorado.
