Boss, Timothy A. (3 MAY 1959 - 23 JAN 2019)

Timothy A. Boss passed away suddenly at the age of 59 as the result of an automobile accident.

After graduating from Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, his entrepreneurial spirit led him on many career paths — Boss Insurance Agency, Blue Hills Bison, cranberry grower, Coloma Meats and Sissy Loo’s Up North. In most recent years a property caretaking and project management company in the Northwoods kept him busy.

Tim loved life and lived it intensely. His adventures included traveling throughout the United States to golf, hunt, fish and relax. He especially enjoyed spending time at the hunting shack with family and friends, and working at the buffalo farm. He appreciated a good story or joke and was a devoted Green Bay Packer fan and Milwaukee Brewer fan.

He will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend, Krista; his children, Layne (Judd) Rozak, Luke, Dalton, Cheyenne and Jeremiah. Tim will also be deeply missed by his mother, Rochelle; his sister, Annette (Guy) Unertl; his brother, Steve; his granddaughters, Callie, Shelby and Paisley and by his nephew, Karl and former wife, Char.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald.

A memorial gathering for Tim will take place from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, at Manitowish Waters Community Presbyterian Church with a celebration of life Service at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Tim to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
