Fronk, Robert B. (1 FEB 1944 - 1 FEB 2019)

Robert B. Fronk, 75, of Medford, Town of Little Black, passed away at his home on Friday February 1, 2019.

Robert was born February 1, 1944 in Harvey, ND to Frank and Kathryn (Schneider) Fronk, and is the youngest of 15 children. He is a graduate of Harvey High School. He then enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1962, and was stationed in Fort Fill in Oklahoma and served in the Field Artillery Regiment. On September 18, 1965 he married Mary Emmer in Medford, WI. Mary survives.

He is further survived by 4 sons: Robert (Paula) of Holcombe, John of Medford, Thomas (Stacy) of Withee and Chad (Misty) of Medford, Grandchildren: Carli, Chase, Cassidy, Emma, Sutton, Marissa and Bryn, 4 Siblings and many Nieces and Nephews.

He is preceded in death by his Parents and 10 Siblings.

Robert worked as a meat processor for Tombstone Pizza for 17 years. He enjoyed all sorts of sports especially golfing, hunting and softball. Robert had a passion for his family, especially his grandchildren, and loved attending their sporting events to cheer them on. He never met a stranger and enjoyed talking to people and making new acquaintances. Robert loved his country, and was very patriotic.

He was a member of Center City Church in Marshfield and served as a greeter there.

Per Roberts wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held.

Hemer Funeral Service of Medford and Rib Lake has been entrusted with arrangements.
