It is with great sadness that the family of Sylvia Agnes res Czech) Fraase, announces her passing on April 4, 2019, at An le age of 90 years.

Sylvia was born October 26, 1928, in Thorp, WI to the late to i John and Genevieve (Gaska) Czech, Sr.

Sylvia grew up and attended school near Hannibal, WI, and married Donald Fraase, of Harvard, Illinois
on June 16,1951.

Sylvia is survived 1 by her children: Cynthia (Richard) Farnham, Karen (Chris) Kirkman, Cynthia Fraase, Mark (Jeanne) Fraase, Cliff (Lisa) Fraase, Roxanne (Sean) Bupara, and Paul (April) Fraase; as well as her siblings: John (Barb) Czech, Jr. of Chippewa Falls, WI, Ted (Phyllis) Czech of Eau Claire, WI, Kathleen Czech of Wausau, WI; 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, E Don; her son, Stephen Fraase; five brothers: Alois, Leon, a Anton, Robert and Adolph; and her sister, Ida.

A Mass will be celebrated in memory of Sylvia at a Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 600 Mountain View Drive, Stone Mountain, GA on Friday, May 10th at 11:00 a.m..

Sylvia will be laid to rest next to her husband at Westlawn Memorial Park, 1225 Whitney Avenue, Gretna, LA, in late October.

In lieu of flowers or donations, please contact your local Catholic Church to request a Mass Intention in Sylvia's memory.
