Binning, Elva (28 NOV 1970)

Mrs. Elva Binning, Unity (Clark Co., Wis.), and Clarence Hebert of Marshfield were married at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Colby November 28, 1970.

Father Rushman officiated at the wedding ceremony at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, Bernadette Gabriel provided the organ music.

The church was decorated with potted mums.

Sheryl Wincell of Adams was the matron of honor and the bride's son, Michael Binning, also of Adams, was the best man. The bridesmaid was Roxann Colucci, and Michael Rossini was the groomsman, both of St. Paul. He is a nephew of the groom.

The bride wore a long sleeved floor length dress. The bodice was of blue transparent velvet with a light blue skirt. Separating the two toned empire waist dress was a band of contrasting brocade flowers. Her headpiece of nine petals trimmed with sequins and pearls held a blue net which matched her skirt. Her accessories included blue shoes and white gloves and she carried one large white orchid.

The bride's attendants floor length dresses were raspberry red. They were made of bonded crepe and featured chiffon sleeves. They each carried one long stemmed pink rose.

Dinner for 60 guests followed the wedding at the Redwood Club in Unity. Dancing to the music of Norman Lindau's Band was at the Unity Memorial Hall, with the public invited.

The couple is on a wedding trip to northern Wisconsin, and will be living at Unity after December 5.

Mr. Heber is employed at the Land O'Lakes cheese division and she works for Packaging Corporation of America in Colby.

Guests at the wedding included her daughters and families, Mr. and Mrs. Alvard (Billie) Selk, Ridgeway, Pennsylvania, , Mr. and Mrs. Frank (Bonnie) Chudyk of Adams, and her son, Michael Binning and Miss Sheryl Wincell of Adams.

Other guests came from St. Paul and Minneapolis, Ohio, Milwaukee, Neillsville, Stratford, Marshfield, Dorchester, Abbotsford and Unity.
