The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Messer of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, was baptized Sunday by Pastor Robert Sutherland at the morning worship service at Trinity Lutheran Church in Unity (Clark Co., Wis.). The baby was named Kirsten Rebecca. Sponsors were Mr. and Mrs. Lance McKissick of Fayetteville, North Carolina, who were not present. Proxy witnesses were the baby's maternal aunt, Barbara Messer, Unity, and maternal uncle, Mike Ledden of Mellen.

Dinner was served at the home of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ansel Messer. Out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Ledden and son, Mike, of Mellen.
