Kuranda, Catherine Mary (14 JUN 1975)

Marriage vows were exchanged by Miss Catherine Mary Kuranda, Route 1, Curtiss (Clark Co., Wis.), and Terry Lee Arndt, Route 1, Owen (Clark Co.), during a 2 p.m. ceremony June 14, 1975 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Dorchester (Clark Co.). The vows were solemnized by the Rev. Daniel Kelly.

The bride, who was presented in marriage by her foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Goessl, Route 1, Curtiss, wore an empire style gown of organza over taffeta, with linen lace trim, a chapel length train, and a fingertip veil. Her Windsor style bouquet contained red roses, white carnations, baby's breath and ivy.

The groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Arndt, Route 1, Owen.

Bridal attendants were Miss Margie Kuranda, Gurnee, Illinois, maid of honor, and Mrs. Dick Gossle and Mrs. Allen Arndt, both of Withee, bridesmaids. Their floor length gowns were of blue polyester fabric with dotted Swiss jackets and matching picture hats. Each attendant carried a blue tinted mu.

Dennis Dumke, Owen, was the groom's best man. Dick Goessl and Allen Arndt, both of Withee, were groomsmen.

Following the ceremony, a reception and dinner were held at Meadow View Country Club in Owen.

The new Mrs. Arndt is a graduate of Owen-Withee High School. The groom, a 1975 graduate of the same school, is employed at Barr Minkery.
