Henning, Mr./Mrs. Fred C. (Gold – 14 JUN 1972)

Fred C. Henning and Miss Julia Timlin of Stanley exchanged wedding vows at Delavan, Wisconsin. Father Shanaban of St. Andrews Catholic Church, officiated on June 14, 1922.

Although June 14 falls on Wednesday, a reception will be held June 18, 1972 from 2 – 5 p.m. at the home their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Morrison Keough, who reside on Read Road near Janesville. The reception will be hosted by the couple's three daughters, Mrs. Keith (Rozanna) Baker of Orlando, Florida, Mrs. Beatrice Wurtz of Menomonee Falls, and Betty (Mrs. Keough). There are eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

No formal invitations are being sent, and a request was made to please omit gifts.

The couple have resided in the Sharon Community all their married life. Mrs. Henning taught school for 28 years, the last eight at Fontana, Wisconsin. Mr. Henning is a World War I veteran and a retired farmer.

Their attendants were her sister, Emma and husband, Mr. and Mrs. John W. LoKrantz of Chippewa Falls, who will attend the Golden Anniversary. Mrs. Philip Frese of Gilman is Mrs. Henning's siter, and her brother, Millard Timlin, lives on a farm near Stanley, Wisconsin.
