Edwards, Leonard C. (26 December 1889 – 3 November 1975)
Funeral services were held Friday from the Eyler Funeral home, Clarion, Ia., for
Leonard C. Edwards, 85, of Memorial Home, who died Monday, November 3. Interment
was in the Evergreen Cemetery, Clarion. The Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements here.
Mr. Edwards, the son of William and Matilda Werner Edwards, was born December
26, 1889, in Iowa. His wife, the former Lillie Parsons, died in 1953.
Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Marion (Joyce) Spencer of Neillsville, Mrs.
James D, (Sylvia) Flett of Cedar Falls, Ia.; and Mrs. Robert (Ruth Anna)
Toulouse of Waterloo, Ia.; one brother, John Edwards of Liscomb, Ia.; and 15
grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
