Braun, Joseph "Joey" (18 June 1956-31 January 1993)

LOYAL--Services for Joseph Braun, 36, Clark County Health Care Center, formerly of Loyal, who died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, will be Wednesday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Loyal.

The Rev. Roman Kaiser will officiate.  Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Pallbearers will be at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal, today. A Parish Council of Catholic Women rosary service will be today followed by a prayer service tonight, both at the funeral home.

He was born June 18, 1956, in Marshfield. He attended Granton School and was also enrolled at the Mentally Disabled Developmental Educational School in Chippewa Falls. He came to the Loyal Group Home in 1990 and became a resident of the Health Care Center in 1992.

He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

He is survived by his parents, Vincent and Doris (Bauer) Braun of Loyal; five brothers, Gary of Marshfield, Michael, Tim and John, all of Loyal, and Andy of Spencer; and four sisters, Mrs. Richard (Karen) Ratchman of Appleton, Mrs. Susan Strey of Marshfield, Mrs. Tim (Mary) Schecklman of Loyal and Carla of Chicago.

He was predeceased by one brother, Allen, in 1979.
