Klancher, Mr./Mrs. Paul (35th – 9 November 1975)

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Klancher, Sr., observed their 35th wedding anniversary last Sunday with a dinner at the parish center and in the West Side Hall in Willard, where relatives and friends gathered.

The former Frieda Krultz and Paul Klancher were married on November 9, 1940. Their attendants were Mike Krultz, Mrs. Mike (Rose Marie Malnar) Krultz, Neillsville; Mrs. Ludwig (Elma Krultz) Hribar, Willard and Albert Klancher of Milwaukee.

They have two children, Paul Klancher, Jr., of Rice Lake, and Mrs. Pat (Kay) Plautz of Willard. There are three grandchildren Lee, Wendy and Amy Klancher.

After their marriage, they farmed in the Willard area and now, Mr. Klancher has been employed as a road patrolman in the Town of Hendren for 15 years.

Mrs. Klancher is a teacher and she at present teaches in the Greenwood Elementary School.

The Richy Yurkovich Band played.

Those from away who attended the anniversary festivities were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Klancher, Jr., Lee, Wendy and Amy, of Rice Lake; Mrs. Caroline Klancher and Jim of West Allis; Mr. and Mrs. Steve Kuflin and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bradley, all of West Allis; Mrs. Frances Duetsch of Chicago, Il.; Mrs. Alice Prebil of Boyceville; Mr. and Mrs. Mike Klopcik, Detroit, Mi.; and many friends from Neillsville, Greenwood, Willard, Medford and Green Bay.
