Domine, Manuial William (22 October 1908-4 March 1996)

LOYAL--Manuial "Stub" William Domine, 87, of 107 E. Mill St., Loyal, died March 4, 1996, at Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville.

Funeral services will be Friday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Loyal. The Rev. Roman Kaiser will officiate.

Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Domine, Brian Domine, Kevin Domine, Randy Domine, Steve Domine and Gary Shefchik.

Visitation will be Thursday at the Rinka Funeral Home in Loyal, There will be a PCCW rosary and prayer service.

He was born October 22, 1908, in Loyal, to Edward and Eleanor (Schuld) Domine. He married Helen Strey on October 18, 1933, in Loyal.

Mr. Domine was educated at Mack School and the Loyal Catholic School. Following his education, he worked in Neillsville before moving to Augusta. From there he moved to Milwaukee and worked at the North End Foundry for eight years. He returned to Loyal in 1946 and owned the Mobil Service Station on Main Street. Later he owned the Skelley and City Service Station on the west end of Loyal. He then did custom air hammer work until his retirement.

He enjoyed gardening and repairing lawn mowers and motors for family and friends.

He was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Domine of Loyal; two sons, Ronald (Shirley) Domine and Robert Domine, all of Loyal; two daughters, Shirley Shefchik of Milwaukee and Barbara Dux of Marshfield; his grandchildren, Dennis Shefchik of Wyoming, Gary (Sue) Shefchik, Dale Schefchik, and Kay (Pat) Dobson, all of Milwaukee, Carol (Terry) Seibert of Florida, Randy (Shelly) Domine, Mike (Dawn) Domine and Brian (Karrie) Domine, all of Loyal, Kevin Domine, Shelby (Todd) Schoonover, Denise and Jason Dux, all of Marshfield, Steve Domine of Menomonie, and Lisa Dux of Eau Claire; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Lawrence (Rita) Domine and Edward (Ardith) Domine, all of Loyal; and one sister, Evelyn (Tony) Shober of Loyal.

He was Predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Art Domine and Franklin Domine; two sisters, Verna Shupe and Hellen Schwellenbach; one grandchild, Debbie Shefchik; and two great-grandchildren, Holly Domine and Dustin Domine.
