Halsow, Ida (19 June 1910-8 January 1992)

LOYAL--Services for Mrs. Ida Haslow, 81, Spencer, formerly of the Loyal area, who died Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, will be Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal.

The Rev. David Ault of Spencer will officiate. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, Loyal. Visitation will be at Rinka Funeral Home, Loyal.

She was born June 19, 1910, in Monroe. to the late Tom and Angelina Giesler. She attended Monroe and Loyal schools. She was married to Alvin Haslow, October 25, 1929, in Loyal and he died November 12, 1982.

She and her husband farmed all their married life in the town of Sherman. Clark County. She moved to Spencer in 1985, where she lived with her daughter. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Schwantes of Spencer; one son, Harvey of Loyal; and two sisters, Mrs. Leo (Agnes) Hendriksen of Red Granite and Mary Aquin of La Crosse.

She was also predeceased by one son, Orville, and one brother, Joe.
