Sharlene Prust of Chili, the first mom to give birth on Mother's Day at St. Joseph's Hospital, is the Wisconsin winner of the EvenFlo Mother's Day Sweepstakes.

Tyler Allan Prust was born to Sharlene and her husband Bruce at 1:38 a,m,. He arrived a few weeks earlier than his due date of May 21. Tyler is the Prust's second child, joining one sister Ashley, 3.

"I was surprised," said Sharlene Prust about her reaction to the news that she was a contest winner. "I never expected anything like this for a Mother's Day baby."

The sweepstakes program, which sponsored by the EvenFlo Company of Piqua, Ohio, honors mothers who give birth on Mother's Day throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico.

Prust received a gift package from the company, including a sport carrier gift set, a portable play yard, various feeding products, and a camera.

All mothers, including Prust, who were the first to deliver on Mother's Day at 100 participating hospital now have a chance to receiver a $50,000 college scholarship for their newborn. These 100 moms, as well as every mother who delivers on Mother's Day at participating hospitals, also will have the opportunity to win a regional grand prize package.
