Stelloh, Martha (2 October 1891 – 1 April 1976)

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home for Mrs. Ed (Martha) Stelloh, 84, of Neillsville, who died Thursday, April 1, following a lingering illness. The Rev. Gary Clark of the United Church of Christ officiated, and burial followed in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Mrs. Stelloh, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. August Dahl, was born October 2, 1891, in Germany and came to the United States at the age of four with her parents, settling at Lake Mills. She was educated in schools at Lake Mills and in the Neillsville area. Her marriage to Edward Stelloh took place October 14, 1909, in the Town of Pine Valley. After their marriage, the Stelloh’s moved to Neillsville, where she lived the rest of her life.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include one daughter, Mrs. Leo (Ethel) Pflughoeft of Neillsville; one sister, Mrs. Charles (Amelia) Dahnert of Madison; one brother, Irvin Dahl of Cambridge; and four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
