Dorchester won the Dairyland ball game over Interwald Sunday and Recreational Park by a score of 9 to 6. The excitement came in the ninth inning when the score was tied 6 to 6 with two men on base, and Dan Jantsch hit a home run, scoring the three extra runs to win. James Jantsch pitched all the way for Dorchester. The local team will play at Medford next Sunday.

Mrs. Sanes is district chairman, and guests included members of the district homemakers clubs.

Mr. and Mrs. Red Ludwig and Robert spent the weekend with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Pat Kranz, at Elroy.
