Olson, Pauline Olivea (Marriage – 5 June 1976)

Marriage vows were repeated Saturday afternoon at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Withee, by Miss Pauline Olivea Olson and Paul David Ruggles. The Rev. Lloyd Yaggie officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orlando L. Olson, Rt. 2 Withee, and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert D. Ruggles, Rt. 1 Withee.

Presented in marriage by her father, the bride appeared in a pearl embroidered gown of white lace framed by a pearl trimmed veil. Red roses formed her bouquet.

White lace collars accented the red floor-length gowns worn by honor attendant Julie Ann Olson and bridesmaids Arlene Greschner, Leslie Hilton, Carolyn Hynes and Helen Missling. They carried arrangements of large white mums with red lace and green fern accents.

Serving as bestman was Robert D. Ruggles, Jr. Floyd Olson, Orlando H. Olson, Mike Greschner and Terry Plautz acted as groomsmen. David Hilton and Mark Dunn, St. Paul, shared ushering duties.

Ivin Krohn was the soloist and Amber Nirva, the Organist.

A reception was held at The Sword in Colby.
