Charlene Edblom, a senior at the Colby High School has won the David Rodli
Memorial College Scholarship through her recent competition in the Wisconsin
Electric Cooperative public relations department essay contest. The essay topic
for all entries was “is there hope for mankind?”
The scholarship was presented in honor of the late manager of St. Croix County
Electric Cooperative, Baldwin.
Miss Edblom is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Edblom of rural Unity.
