Carl, Ernest (12 June 1901-2 April 1981)
NEILLSVILLE-- Ernest Carl, 79, Nekoosa, a native of Neillsville, died Thursday
at his home.
He was born here June 12, 1901 to Mr. and Mrs. Herman Carl. He lived in central
Wisconsin since 1925 and was employed by Nekoosa Paper Inc. until retiring in
June 1966. He was a member of Nekoosa Senior Citizens. His wife, Helen, died in
1974.
Survivors include a son, Donald of Port Edwards, one brother, Harry of
Neillsville; one sister, Elizabeth Borde of Edgerton; five grandchildren; and
two great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Saturday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Nekoosa. The Rev. Arthur
Vincent officiated and burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Nekoosa.
