Schmirler, Beatrice 18 January 1919-10 April 1981)

UNITY-- Mrs. Beatrice R. Schmirler, 61, of 1352 S. 12th Ave., Wausau, who was born here January 28, 1919, died Friday at a Madison hospital.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Todd (Sandra) Orthmann of Wausau; a son, Dennis of West Bend; four brothers, Donovan and Roy Oleson, both of Wausau, Douglas Oleson of Bailey, Colorado and Whitney Oleson of Townsend; two sisters, Mrs. Marge Schultz of Milwaukee and Mrs. Edwina Garske of Wausau; and seven grandchildren.

Her husband, Carl Schmirler, died March 1, 1973. They were married September 3, 1938 in Dubuque, Iowa.

Her parents were John and Edna Oleson.

The funeral was this morning at Helke West Chapel, Wausau. The Rev. David Osbourne of Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau, officiated. Burial was in Restlawn Memorial Park.
