Krause, Elaine Marie (Marriage – 19 June 1976)

Mr. and Mrs. Allan Otto Olson, who were married June 19 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Curtiss, have returned from a Canadian wedding trip and are making their home at Curtiss. The Rev. Dennis Olson of Independence officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony for the former Miss Elaine Marie Krause, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Krause, Sr., Rt. 1 Curtiss, and the son of Wayne Olson, also of Rt. 1.

Honor attendants were Linda Krause, Stevens Point, and Robert Olson, Eau Claire. Bridesmaids were Betty Olson, Curtiss, and Roberta Schmidt, Abbotsford. Jim Morland, Superior, and LeRoy Wellman, Marshfield, served as groomsmen. Sharing ushering duties were Darryl Krause and Dennis Lulloff.

Michael Nicks, Dorchester, was the ringbearer and Rebecca Lulloff, Owen, the flower girl.

Mrs. Robert Buss was the organist. The soloist was Robert Olson.

A reception was held at the Curtiss village hall.

The bride is a 1976 graduate of Abbotsford High School. Her husband graduated from the same school in 1970 and also attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior. He is engaged in farming.
