Conlee, William "Bill" (16 January 1917 - 2 July 1981)

NEILLSVILLE -- William "Bill" Conlee, 64, of Glendale, Arizona, who formerly taught in Neillsville schools, died Thursday morning in Arizona.

Memorial services were held there, and in Waukesha, and burial will be in the Neillsville cemetery at a later date.

Mr. Comlee taught in schools here from 1933-1942, and was a veteran of World War II. He retired from employment with Wisconsin Bell Telephone Co. in 1980, and moved to Arizona in August of that year.

He is survived by his wife, the former Josephine Deutsch; two sons, Mark, Seattle, Washington, and Richard, Waukesha; two brothers in Oshkosh; and two grandchildren.
