Stacke, Dawn (2 OCT 1965)

Mr. and Mrs. William Luzinski will be at home at 545 S. Lincoln, Apartment 4, Springfield, Illinois, after their return from a two week honeymoon trip.

The former Dawn Stacke and William Luzinski, both of Springfield, pledged their marriage promises on Saturday, October 2, 1965. Father Corbett read the double ring ceremony at 10:30 in the morning.

Attending the couple were his brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Luzinski, also of Springfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Stacke of route 1, Curtiss, and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Luzinski of Springfield, formerly of Colby, are the parents of the bridal couple.

For her wedding, the bride was attired in a street length dress of white satin with a lace jacket with elbow length sleeves. A satin bow held her shoulder length veil. She carried a bouquet of two white orchids, surrounded by white sweetheart roses and trailing ivy.

Her matron of honor carried a bouquet of yellow sweetheart roses and wore a beige knit sheath.

Foer her daughter’s wedding, Mrs. Stacke chose an emerald green knit suit, with which she wore brown accessories. Mrs. Luzinski wore a royal blue suit with back and brown accessories. A corsage of pink carnations was given to the bride’s mother, and one of white to the groom’s mother.

After the church ceremony, the immediate families were served a 12 o’clock dinner at the Mill. In the afternoon, the new Mr. and Mrs. Luzinski received the good wishes of relatives and friends at their apartment.

Mrs. Luzinski is a graduate of the Dor-Abby High School Class of 1964, and is employed in office work. Her husband, a graduate of Colby High School, is employed as a carpenter by his father.

Mr. and Mrs. Stacke, route 1, Curtiss, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stacke, Abbotsford, and Mrs. Peter Brant of Milwaukee attended the wedding and festivities.
