Lamovec, Donald Albin (30 November 1955 – 2 September 2020)

Lamovec, Donald Albin 64, of Minneapolis, MN, passed away on 9/2/2020.
Preceded in death by his loving parents, Albin and Bertha Lamovec.
Survived by siblings, Marjorie (Robert Kuehnau) and Lawrence (Janice) Lamovec,
as well as a niece and 3 nephews. He was born in Chicago on Nov. 30, 1955 and
grew up there. He worked for the Chicago Tribune before moving to Minneapolis,
where he worked for over 33 years at the Star Tribune.
He enjoyed summers with friends and family at a lake in Wisconsin where he had
been going with family since he was a baby. He will be greatly missed.
He will be buried next to his parents at Arlington Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL, in
a private ceremony.
