Hansen, Kenneth A. (30 November 1948 – 1 November 2020)

Kenneth A. Hansen, age 71, of Owen, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2020 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Ken was born on November 30, 1948, the son of Alfred and Ann (Brunner) Hansen in Stanley. He was united in marriage to Judy Kieffer on January 15, 1972 in Owen. She preceded him in death on January 30, 2020. Ken worked at Owen Manufacturing, Weathershield and most recently at AbbyLand. He also helped out on the family farm.

Ken was an avid sports fan, especially the Packers. He also was an active softball player. Ken enjoyed feeding the birds and helping others.

Ken is survived by his son, Kenny of Owen; two grandchildren: Cierra and Brock Hansen. He is further survived by his brother, Don of MN, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Judy; three brothers: Jerome, Gordy and Al and a sister, Betty Kaz.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Owen is entrusted with the arrangements.
