News: Spencer – I.O.O.F. Encampment Established (May 1881)

Ten of the members of the Neillsville Encampment came over last Saturday and instituted Bright Encampment, No. 68 I.O.O.F., comprising the following named citizens: J. A. Pettet, J. H. Cook, A. Petrie, W. Crawford, George Peterson, H. Burgers, J. Berg, Mr. Darling and C. Barker. We hope it will be a moral power in our community, and that every member may carry out in their life the teaching of the order.
