Forty-one members of the Neillsville High School Class of 1943 gathered in the Town of Grant, east of Neillsville, Saturday to renew acquaintances, reminisce about high school days and to have all of their conduct points returned to them by their superintendent. Eighty people, including husbands or wives, faculty members and wives attended the banquet and program.

Dr. Robert D. Peters served as master of ceremonies and welcomed class members and commended the committee which planned this reunion. The committee was asked by Dr. Peters to function again and plan another in five years.

Donald E. Peters, retired school superintendent, informed the class members that “as was customary at all class reunions, I am returning to you all conduct points taken during your four years of high school.” Peters told of changes in the school program in the 20 years since 1943.
