Ludovic, Adelaide "Addie" (12 December 1902 - 6 February 1983)

NEILLSVILLE -- Adelaide "Addie" Ludovic, 80, of 204 E. Fifth St., Neillsville, died early Sunday at Lakeview Medical Center, Rice Lake, where she resided for the past several months.

Services will Tuesday at United Church of Christ, Neillsville, with the Gary L. Clark officiating. Burial will be in Neillsville Cemetery.

There will be no visitation. The family requests that memorials be given to the United Church of Christ, Neillsville. The Appleyard Home for Funerals, Rice Lake, and the Gesche Funeral Home, Neillsville, handled arrangements.

The former Adelaide Haugen was born December 12 1902 at Chippewa County, Minnesota, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul (Kaia Leines) Haugen. She was a resident of Neillsville for 57 years and the owner and operator of the Modern Beauty Shop, until her retirement 1971.

She was a member of the United Church of Christ; Carmi Chapter No. 60. Order of the Eastern Star; and a member of the Neillsville Business and Professional Womens Club.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dennis (Gail) Maus of Rice Lake; one son, Peter of Fond du Lac; one sister, Muriel Beede of Eau Claire; one brother Hiram Haugen of Neillsville; and eight grandchildren.
