Mohr, Bertha A. (Marriage - 24 September 1924)

A very pretty home wedding was celebrated at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Mohr, in Pine Valley, Wednesday, Sept. 24, when their daughter Bertha became the bride of Mr. Clarence
Stiemke also of Pine Valley. Rev. M. Brandt of Neillsville, officiated.

They were attended by Miss Marie Mohr, sister of the bride and Mr. Chas. Kappe of Marion, Wis., cousin of the groom. The residence was beautifully decorated with autumn flowers and ferns. An arch beneath which the young couple stood during the ceremony was decorated with purple and white asters. The bride wore a gown of blue canton crepe and carried a beautiful bouquet. A beautiful wedding supper was served, about 50 guests being present. The young couple will make their home on the Mohr farm, which they have rented.
