Friday evening of last week occurred the marriage of Mr. Eino Backa and Miss Mable Hansen. The ceremony took place before Justice of the Peace, E. E. Nielsen at Withee, Clark County, Wis. The contracting parties were attended by Mr. and Mrs. N. Laine.

Miss Hansen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hansen, and is a graduate of the Owen schools. She is a young lady highly respected, and has many friends who will be pleased to learn of her marriage.

Mr. Backa is a young man of steady habits, and has been employed in the city for some time. They will make their home in rooms which they have rented over the King residence. Their many friends wish for them success and happiness in their married life.
