Sage, Mavis Willa (21 July 1947 – 15 March 2021)

Mavis Sage, 73, of Neillsville died Monday, March 15, 2021, at her home on Sterling Avenue.

Mavis Willa Sage was born July 21, 1947, in the Town of Grant, Clark County, the daughter of William and Mattie Karlotta (Minsaas) Hansen, Sr. She attended school in Neillsville and was united in marriage to Norman “Corky” Sage June 19, 1970, in Neillsville.

She is survived by four siblings, Mickey Oestrich, Denny Hansen, Harold Hansen and Carroll Hansen along with a sister-in-law, Lily Hansen.

She was preceded in death by eight siblings, Virginia Kuehn, Richard Hansen, Arlene Kopinski, Jimmy Hansen, Bill Hansen, Jr., Ronald Hansen, Mildred Kopinski and Marlene Heinzen.

Mavis was loved and will be dearly missed by all.

No services are planned. She will be interred in the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery in Globe next to her husband Corky Sage.
