Hermanson, Arve (1911? – 16 Feb 1976)

Arve Hermanson, 64, Brook, Indiana, passed away Monday, February 16th, 1876, suffering a heart attack. Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 19th at Brook, Indiana.

Surviving are his wife, Mary, one son, David, of Cincinnati, Ohio, one daughter, Janet, of Henry, Illinois, and one grandchild, a sister, Mrs. Martha Labs of Marshfield, and a brother, Henry, of Brook, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by a son, James.

Attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Strab and family, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Strab and family of Dorchester, Mrs. Martha Laabs, Marshfield, and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Laabs, Black River Falls.

The deceased was born in Hoard Township, Clark Co., Wis., and attended the Midway and Owen High School. He was a former Owen businessman, operating a services station. After moving to Brook, he operated a theatre and was formerly employed by the Indiana State Highway Department.
