Crisp, Martha Anna (19 March 1977)
Miss Martha Anna Crisp became the bride of SST Michael (Frank) Nagy in a 10 a.m. ceremony performed March 19 in the main chapel of Ft. Knox, Ky., by Fr. Adkins. Afterwards, the newlyweds greeted guests at a reception at the Fort Knox NCO Club. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Brady Crisp of Radcliff, Ky., and Mr. and Mrs. Michael F. Nagy of Neillsville.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride appeared in a traditional white gown featuring a lace bodice with embroidery and lace applique skirt detailing. Her green and white heirloom crown caught a waist length lace-edged veil. She carried a bouquet of spring-colored flowers with green accents.
Attendants were Lydell Oltemans, Radcliff, Ky., and Ernesto Van Bureiaga, Los Alamos, N.M. Miss Oltemans’ gown was fashioned with a light green bodice and dark green skirt and featured green daisy trim. Her flowers wee also in spring shades. Serving as ushers were Gary Maddox and Kip Rhier.
Special music included “Ava Maria” and Handel’s “Largo.”
The new Mrs. Nagy has done undergraduate work in pale-otology at the University of Kentucky and is employed as a civil service secretary at Ft. Knox. Her husband, a staff sergeant in the armored section of the U.S. Army, has done undergraduate work at the University of Alaska.
They planned a wedding trip to Florida and Disney World.
