Piper, Lon (Clark Co. Unified Services Board - 1977)

Joining the staff of the Clark County Unified Services Board this past week was Lon Piper, 30, who will be primarily involved in mental health programming in the county. A native of West Bend, Piper did undergraduate work at UW-Eau Claire and earned a master’s degree in social work at UW-Madison just a few weeks ago. He began his career with the Rock County Social Services Department and then worked in child protective services and juvenile court services for the Eau Claire County Dep0artment of Social Services. Piper’s wife, Bonnie K. Hennig-Piper, is interested in women’s organizations. They have two children, Terri, 9, and Andrew, 7. Piper’s hobbies include all sports and fishing. The family recently acquired the former Will Berry residence on North Hewett Street.
