Johnson Postmaster, he is a Republican editor.
***Andrew Johnson was the 17th president and serving at the time this comment
was written. He was in office April 15, 1865 – March 4, 1869, having been
preceded by Abraham Lincoln and succeeded by Ulysses S. Grant.
