A special meeting of the Unity Village Board met Monday evening, at which time
Joseph Brewer was hired as the maintenance man for the Village of Unity. His
duties are to begin on the first of June. At this meeting it was decided the
rubbish pickup day for the village would be held May 18, 1972. The village dump
will be open from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesdays. On Saturdays it will be
from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. during the summer months.
