Braun/Horn (Reunion - 1978)
Two pioneer families of the Greenwood area held a family reunion, Sunday, at the
Immanuel United Church basement. Eighty members of the Braun-Horn Family
attended. The event began with a “pitcher” dinner held at noon. After the meal,
family picture and family trees were shown.
Family members coming from the longest distance included Corrine Horn, who is a
missionary in Gabon, Africa and is the daughter of Ervin Horn of Minneapolis and
formerly of Greenwood and Elizabeth Horn of Portland, Ore.
Others came from Minneapolis, Minn.; La Crosse; Wis. Rapids; Janesville; Thorp;
Sheboygan; West Bend; Wausau; Neillsville; Owen; Stanley; Abbotsford; Milwaukee;
Willard and Greenwood.
