The Withee Gospel Tabernacle was the site for the Friday evening, October 6, exchange of wedding vows between Ellen Kay Sepp and Dale Mark Gilbert. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Sepp, Rt. 1 Willard, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. M. Gilbert, Withee.

With the bride’s father giving her away, the service was performed by the Revs. Harry Peek of Omro and Dan Venzke of Withee.

The bride wore an ivory knit polyester length gown with hood and Maribou-trimmed, tuxedo-styled cape, all sweeping to a chapel train. She carried a cascade of white roses, carnations, accented with rust mums and baby’s breath.

Serving as maid of honor was Sandy Klinke, Greenwood, who was joined by Debbie Gilbert, a sister of the groom, Stevens Point, and Janet Sepp, sister of the bride. The ladies wore polyester knit gowns, rust halter tops with matching Maribou-trimmed hoods and floor length capes. They carried cascade bouquets of white starburst mums.

Bestman was Todd Devereaux, Abbotsford, who was joined by Rod Brehm of Waupaca and David Sepp, the bride’s brother. Ushering were Steven Sepp, the bride’s brother, and Jerome Litten.

Serving as flower girl was Jennifer Sepp, Wausau, a niece of the bride. Musical selections were offered by Sharon Gilbert and Laurie Lesan of Greenwood.

The bride is a 1978 graduate of Greenwood High School and the groom graduated in 1977 from Abbotsford High School. He also completed one year at North Central Bible College, Minneapolis. The couple will make their home in Minneapolis where the groom is employed as a jewel setter for Jewel Mont of Minneapolis.
