Bleecker, Teresa Ann (27 October 1979)

With the Rev. Norman W. Lindloff officiating, Teresa Ann Bleecker and Daniel Marvin Marg were united in marriage during services in St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, Neillsville, on the early evening of October 27. The bride’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. William Bleecker, Rt. 3 Neillsville, and the groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Marg, 18 Hewett St., Neillsville.

Carol Knoop was maid of honor for the bride. She was joined by Lori Rychnovsky and Linda Embke. All in the party are from Neillsville.

Serving as bestman was Don Lawrence, who was joined by John Erpenbach and Steve Marg, a cousin of the groom. Ushering were Steve Meier and Mark Kuchenbecker. All of the ushers and groom’s attendants were from Neillsville.

“The Wedding Prayer” and “The Lord’s Prayer” were sung by Kathy Quast, accompanied by Paul Tess.

The bride chose a gown featuring a Queen Ann neckline, long sleeves and chapel train of organza and lace with pearl bead trim. Her headpiece was a picture hat trimmed with lace and pearls and held a silk illusion veil. She carried a bouquet of orange, beige, white and rust daisies, beige mums and baby’s breath. The groom wore a tan vested suit with dark brown lapels, as did the groomsmen.

Following the wedding, a reception was held in the Granton Sportsmen’s Club.

Prenuptial events included showers hosted by Linda Embke and Karen Hoppa, both of Neillsville.

The couple will make their home at 535 Hewett St., Neillsville. The bride is a graduate of Neillsville High School as is the groom. She is employed by Modern of Marshfield and the groom is employed by R&S Septic Tank Service, Neillsville.
